Brown Hare - running (image BH 01)
Early one morning I came across this Hare shadow boxing with itself by the side of a local balancing pond. As I was dressed in full camouflage gear I was able to get quite close to it before it became aware of my presence. When it did, it sprinted off at speed along the shallow margins of the pond and I managed to get a series of photos as it ran through the water. I've blended 5 of these images together to make the 'Running Hare montage' (image RHM) shown in this Gallery.
